Harry Browns service is professional and efficient. The day I was in it looked like they were very busy, however, it took less than an hour for oil change and tire rotation. I had a cup of coffee and a couple of cookies while I waited.

The jury is still out. Because the pickup did not have the 5th wheel prep package an after market 5th wheel had to be ordered and will be installed. Also running boards and tonneau were ordered and will be installed when they arrive. So as far as we’re concerned the purchase is not complete. We got bounced around to a few different salesmen. Finally landed with Mick and he was able to get our questions answered. He was knowledgeable and if he didn’t have an answer he knew where to find it.

Busy place……… we bought 2 new vehicles in one day ……. We were never left alone for more than a few minutes So far follow up has been 😊 great!

We recently moved to the area and I was looking for a place to have service done on my GMC. I didn’t want to take it to just any corner shop and have used a GMC dealership to have all service done in the past so I thought I would give Harry Browns a try. From the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted and was shown exactly where the service department was. I was able to schedule on a day that worked for me when I arrived for my appointment I was greeted and was made aware that they were down a couple technicians and that it might be a little bit longer, which I feel is always nice to know! I didn’t feel I was trying to be up sold on anything and when it came time to pay my bill instead of putting the service window sticker in the window they were courteous and noticed that I had tint and said they didn’t want to put the window sticker due to the tint, which I thought was very respectful. I received a free car wash to use anytime and a little treat bag in my cup holder-nice touch!

It was good Cheyanne was very friendly and outgoing and very helpful. My only disappointment was that when I called and made an appointment I asked about the $249 package oil change and they said my truck qualified for the deal. I was charged $299 without any explanation and the entire bill was $330. Wished they would have honored what they had said prior to service work being done.

My truck was taken in and the oil and tires rotated. Technician was polite and informed me about any problems they saw.

The entire staff at Harry Brown's did an excellent job. Made my wife and i feel welcome and were very attentive to our inquiries and concerns. Especially want to recognize the salesman Kevin Lee and the finance individual Nate Stoeckel. Both were very patient (especially with the wife). And not to mention, I absolutely love the truck (2025 GMC 3500 Denali Ultimate).

Took about an hour which is what the normal time is with other dealers. The free coffee and cookies are a big hit and help with the wait. The candy bag you leave in the car can be eliminated if you want. The candy is geared towards young people. Us baby boomers don't care for that kind. Maybe some chocolate would go over better. The service is great and the staff seems knowledgeable. Can't complain

It took two weeks to get a repair order and then no documentation was put on the order.Well over 200 miles were put on the vehicle and the repair order says 2 miles. Had another dealer pull up the repair order and nothing had been out in the system. This is the second time I've been lied to by this dealership

I had a 1 pm appointment for an oil change. I was assured my car would be done before closing at 5:30 pm. I was also sent a text and told I could text or call with questions. I sent a text 1.25 hours before service closing and received no response. My husband left a voice mail message an hour before closing, no response. My car wasn't completed until 8 am the following morning.

Great communication. Easy to schedule. I did have a concern about the tire sensors, they said it was fixed but it went off again that same evening (I had this same concern in August and was told the same). Doesn't necessarily affect the function of the car so I'll leave it for now. Just a little frustrating since I bought a new vehicle to avoid this kind of thing.

I was disappointed that we had to pay $420 for a second fob Also the car had been smoked in. This was not disclosed and not evident when we took a test drive. When we came back to get the fob programmed and asked about the smoke smell we got a shoulder shrug. We’ve bought 4 vehicles from HB but will definitely look around next time.

Service managers need to talk to each other,one told us we had no oil changes left do to it expired, another one said yes you have a free oil change left so made appointment get there tells us it will be $75.00, what the heck, so I talk to supposed Service manager and he gave it us for free, and made sure that WE HAD NO MORE FREE OIL CHANGES LEFT. Felt like we were the problem....I have bought and traded many vehicles over the years there and didn't like the atmosphere there anymore... Mite not buy anymore from them but like my salesman Bob, only reason I would go back not for service.

I wouldn’t recommend Maci. She was never pleasant and seemed annoyed with her job. Never got updates unless I called and she seemed annoyed I checked in. I was upset that she called me and told me the bill would be $1200, but when I got there I was over $1800. HUGE difference. She seemed annoyed I questioned her on that. Even the other service member agreed with me. I’m glad my car is fixed 10 days later but I struggled those days with 4 kids.and not once was I offered a loaner or anything. My family and I had to take 2 cars everywhere!

I love the group at Harry Brown’s. They are very easy to approach and show some caring. The 4 star instead of a 5 star is for GM. If you have a faulty part and it falls under warranty, please give your patron a free part or parts affected. It’s only a 3 year or 36000 mile warranty, I think you should back up your product at least that far?

I have an issue, called the dealership today and the automated call taker ( who knows if this happened) gave a message to have a manager call me and no one called..... pretty frustrating to call the dealership and can't get past the automated system. I would like a service manager to call me please....

Quick visit, they scanned our Buick for an error code and found none. So that was good news.

My wife and I have bought vehicles from Harry Brown’s Family Automotive in the past. What I like about Harry Brown’s is they do not pressure you when looking for a vehicle. My wife and I just went to Harry Brown’s to look at truck. We were not planning to buy a truck that day. Harry Brown’s happened to have the truck we were looking for. Kevin Lee was our salesman. After deciding to buy the truck, we went home and got the vehicle we wanted to trade. Kevin was great to work with and he was very knowledgeable about the truck we bought.

At a previous Chevy dealership I used, they would always check fluid levels and filled them if necessary, at no cost to me; windshield wiper fluid, etc. I did not receive that at my first visit. I purchased the oil change package when I purchased the vehicle last fall.
