Got us in timely to fix an issue. Left with a broken taillight that I was supposed to be contacted back on, I called a week later said they were still looking into it, and now two weeks later no contact outside of the call I made. 36 hours after the vehicle was “fixed” it was back in limp mode, not fixed with the same issue. Ended up at another dealership and had it fixed same day. Great customer service to get us in, but terrible follow up for an issue we had leaving that we didn’t have prior.

I liked Nate (finalized transaction). I loved Garret (salesman) because he was so open and honest. He showed me all the bells and whistles on the truck. I am so amazed that this vehicle was just coming off of the semi when I was looking for one. I looked at other dealerships and they had different colors but you guys had the exact one I was looking for! I love the 4 free oil changes that we were given too. Garret suggested mud flaps so the emblems matched. Going to be coming back to buy a tonneau from Garret as well and possibly wing and bug shield. Bought my truck and it had new brake pads and rotors installed by them front and rear. The rear calipers were hanging up so I scheduled to have them look at it. Dropped my truck on schedule service date no phone call all day telling me the status on my truck! They ended up keeping it overnight no phone call telling me that. There service hours online say they are open till 5:30 apparently not called at 5:15 everyone in service had gone home for the day once again no phone call telling me that. Had to cancel my ice fishing trip to lake of the woods because I had no truck to drive! This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Went to pick up my truck the following day and tried to explain my frustration with their poor communication and they couldn’t care less. On top of everything they only fixed one the three issues it was there for and the rear calipers should have been replaced when they did the brakes! Would highly recommend not using this place for any of your service needs!

I dealt with Granny and I can't say enough about how much she helped me through some difficult times with the return of my wife's car. She has a serious vision problem in her right eye and I had to return the Buick that we bought a few months ago, as she can no longer drive any car. Anyway, Granny helped us through some difficult times and I appreciated her assistance a great deal. Thank you.

Would have been 5 star but I didn’t care for the first lowball offer on my trade in. It was 4 grand less than Kelly Blue Book showed, after some back and forth the dealer came up to what I wanted (which was KBB trade-in-value) when I stood up to leave.

Had my brand new 2025 GMC terrain in for a service engine soon alert, spent 2.5 hours waiting, no resolution was made! No idea what it was for, told "we are looking into it" given no reason or resolution, just, we will look into it!!!

I was especially nice that we got a replacement vehicle while ours was being repaired.

Basically all was good.. Had a couple issues. The technician forgot to secure the cover after replacing the air filter. Also somewhere along the lines my locking socket for the removal of my wheels was mis placed. The technician did track one down for me.

I felt that they were honest when fell behind was good about calling and let me know. Haley does a nice job down there.

Everyone is always very polite and treats us elderly folks very well.

Oil change

Got in and out quicker than stated.

Ordered mud flaps for the pick- up we purchased. I did not go along with Dennis last Friday when they were put on our vehicle. We were told that these mud flaps were "supposedly meant" for this Canyon Denali. They look terrible.

Enjoyable, comfortable clean environment. Work was completed promptly. Prices were higher than other garages.

Awful. I’ve bought my last 2 vehicles from harry browns brand new. This is the last time I’ll ever set foot there. The attitude and bad service was astonishing. Come in for something easy and service counter completely disregarded anything. I’ve already contacted everyone I know , friends and family , to never take any business there.

Brought 2019 Colorado in to fix Stabilitrac and engine light warning that came on. Dealer came back with I needed ball joints and a thermostat and a $3400 bill. Truck only has 74000 miles on it. Drove it home no issues. Parked it and drove it into to town (about 2 miles) the next day and all the warning lights came back on, just like before. Brought it back had it for 2 days. I called late on second day to find out what they found. Stated I need transmission module. Drove it home with no work done other than resetting error codes. I told them I do not want them guessing. Drove it home for the weekend same error codes are coming up. I will be back Monday 4/28

My only disappointment was that when I called and made an appointment I asked about the $249 package oil change and they said my truck qualified for the deal. I was charged $299 without any explanation and the entire bill was $330. Wished they would have honored what they had said prior to service work being done.

The jury is still out. Because the pickup did not have the 5th wheel prep package an after market 5th wheel had to be ordered and will be installed. Also running boards and tonneau were ordered and will be installed when they arrive. So as far as we’re concerned the purchase is not complete. We got bounced around to a few different salesmen. Finally landed with Mick and he was able to get our questions answered. He was knowledgeable and if he didn’t have an answer he knew where to find it.

We recently moved to the area and I was looking for a place to have service done on my GMC. I didn’t want to take it to just any corner shop and have used a GMC dealership to have all service done in the past so I thought I would give Harry Browns a try. From the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted and was shown exactly where the service department was. I was able to schedule on a day that worked for me when I arrived for my appointment I was greeted and was made aware that they were down a couple technicians and that it might be a little bit longer, which I feel is always nice to know! I didn’t feel I was trying to be up sold on anything and when it came time to pay my bill instead of putting the service window sticker in the window they were courteous and noticed that I had tint and said they didn’t want to put the window sticker due to the tint, which I thought was very respectful. I received a free car wash to use anytime and a little treat bag in my cup holder-nice touch!

Great communication. Easy to schedule. I did have a concern about the tire sensors, they said it was fixed but it went off again that same evening (I had this same concern in August and was told the same). Doesn't necessarily affect the function of the car so I'll leave it for now. Just a little frustrating since I bought a new vehicle to avoid this kind of thing.

I wouldn’t recommend Maci. She was never pleasant and seemed annoyed with her job. Never got updates unless I called and she seemed annoyed I checked in. I was upset that she called me and told me the bill would be $1200, but when I got there I was over $1800. HUGE difference. She seemed annoyed I questioned her on that. Even the other service member agreed with me. I’m glad my car is fixed 10 days later but I struggled those days with 4 kids.and not once was I offered a loaner or anything. My family and I had to take 2 cars everywhere!

The entire staff at Harry Brown's did an excellent job. Made my wife and i feel welcome and were very attentive to our inquiries and concerns. Especially want to recognize the salesman Kevin Lee and the finance individual Nate Stoeckel. Both were very patient (especially with the wife). And not to mention, I absolutely love the truck (2025 GMC 3500 Denali Ultimate).

I was disappointed that we had to pay $420 for a second fob Also the car had been smoked in. This was not disclosed and not evident when we took a test drive. When we came back to get the fob programmed and asked about the smoke smell we got a shoulder shrug. We’ve bought 4 vehicles from HB but will definitely look around next time.

Dasyi was very attentive to our requests, even though we changed our minds several times. She communicated in a timely manner regarding our appointments with sales, finance, detail and follow-up work. Our first purchase at Harry Browns was six years ago and a very positive experience, which is why we returned. Daysi's committment to our satisfaction ensures a return visit from us in the future!

Service managers need to talk to each other,one told us we had no oil changes left do to it expired, another one said yes you have a free oil change left so made appointment get there tells us it will be $75.00, what the heck, so I talk to supposed Service manager and he gave it us for free, and made sure that WE HAD NO MORE FREE OIL CHANGES LEFT. Felt like we were the problem....I have bought and traded many vehicles over the years there and didn't like the atmosphere there anymore... Mite not buy anymore from them but like my salesman Bob, only reason I would go back not for service.

Took about an hour which is what the normal time is with other dealers. The free coffee and cookies are a big hit and help with the wait. The candy bag you leave in the car can be eliminated if you want. The candy is geared towards young people. Us baby boomers don't care for that kind. Maybe some chocolate would go over better. The service is great and the staff seems knowledgeable. Can't complain
